Chief Mark Crowell has been a member of the Waterloo Regional Police Service since 2001 and he is the Service’s 7th Chief of Police.
In our meeting, Chief Mark will be engaging in a question and answer conversation with one of our members, retired lawyer Tom LeBrun.
Mark is a member of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP), the Victims of Crime Committee and the CACP Ethics Committee.
He holds a Master of Arts degree and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the Department of Sociology and Legal Studies at the University of Waterloo.
